Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

Registration for tango classes at BE-TANGO is confirmed upon payment of the course fee. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Class spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse registration if classes are full or if requirements are not met.

2. Tango Classes

Classes are scheduled according to the published timetable and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to maintain consistent scheduling and will notify students of any changes as soon as possible. Classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class with full refund of fees paid.

Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully. We maintain the right to ask students to leave if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

3. Payments

Course fees must be paid in full before the start of classes unless otherwise arranged. We accept bank transfers and cash payments. Payment details will be provided upon registration. Late payment may result in loss of your class spot.

Prices are subject to change but will be honored for students who have already registered and paid for a course. All fees are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

4. Missed Classes

If you miss a class, you may be able to make it up in another suitable class during the same course period, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange a makeup class. Missed classes without prior notice cannot be refunded or guaranteed for makeup.

In case of teacher absence or class cancellation by BE-TANGO, we will either reschedule the class or provide a credit for a future class.

5. Partner Matching

It is not mandatory to register with a partner. We welcome individual registrations. When you sign up alone, we match you with a fixed dance partner for the full course series. Your registration is only confirmed once a suitable match is found.

Students dance with their matched partner throughout the course. Couples who register together are paired with each other.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the course start date will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds will be given once the course has started
• In exceptional circumstances (medical reasons with documentation), we may offer a credit for future classes instead of a refund

BE-TANGO reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, teacher illness, or force majeure. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or credit for future classes.
